Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders placed before 3:00 pm CST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST will be processed the following business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination address. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email or text message, depending on the contact information provided at checkout. Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and may vary.
