Refund policy

To request a return, log in to your Customer Account and submit a return request from your order history.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on full-price clothing and shoes only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

Refund Timeline

Days 1–5 from delivery:
Approved returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, at the customer’s choice.

Days 6–7 from delivery:
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

After 7 days from delivery:
Returns are not accepted.

Shipping & Fees

An $8 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit for mailed returns. A return label will be provided.

Returns may also be made in person at our store within 7 days of delivery in lieu of shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: bags, accessories, lifestyle items, books, décor, gourmet, home goods, fragrance, home textiles, kitchen items, sale items, gift cards, and any items marked Final Sale.

Store Credit

Store credit does not expire and may be used online or in store.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a different size or style is needed, please place a new order using your refund or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
